Sprint Context

The foundations for August, built first

Every task is owned, estimated and sequenced. Tasks marked Andreas are delivered by Ipswich Digital; tasks marked Max or Vic require client-side action — dependencies that will block delivery if they slip.

This document translates the Insightful Hub focused actions (v1.0) into a concrete, week-by-week delivery plan across the June–July 2026 sprint. All tasks are owned, estimated, and sequenced so we enter the August marketing push with the foundations firmly in place.

The Funnel Problem

Why the landing page comes first

Max's own data from the last 7 weeks tells a clear story. The email and click rates are strong — the sign-up rate is where the funnel collapses.

The page is the leak.

1,906 emails delivered. 811 opened. 100 clicked through to the Hub. 34 clicked to sign. One signed up.

A dedicated Beta offer page — single clear message, one compelling offer, one call to action — is the highest-leverage thing we can do this sprint. Everything else feeds into it.

Client-Side Dependencies

Blockers that will stall delivery if they slip

The items below sit with Max and Vic, not Ipswich Digital. Each one is a blocking dependency: if it isn't delivered on time, the task that depends on it slips — and knocks on to the August push. Every item needs an owner and a date.

This is a working document.

Tick tasks off as they're completed and flag any change to scope or timeline immediately — so nothing knocks on to the August push.
